Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages related to an active vehicle quote or pickup. Promotional messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. Cash Car Heroes does not charge any fees for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt-in. You may also opt out by contacting us at (317) 538-4824. Other recognized opt-out keywords include: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

No Sharing or Selling of SMS Data

We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Your opt-in consent data, phone number, and any information collected via our text messaging program will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number, opt-in consent records, and messaging history for as long as you remain opted in to our SMS program and for a minimum of four (4) years after you opt out, as required for TCPA compliance and regulatory purposes. Consent records include: the phone number that opted in, date and time of opt-in, the method of opt-in, and the consent language agreed to.

Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
